Another Showtime article ...
:) With
great thanks to Grilka, below is another small article further discussing the Showtime pilot in
which Annabeth has been cast (now called "Brotherhood";
also, those local to Providence, Rhode Island may want to keep an eye
out for filming. :) )

Providence is the setting for drama about ruthless politicians
PROVIDENCE -- Come Monday, Providence will be playing host to film crews shooting a pilot they hope will become a
dramatic series to air on the cable network Showtime.
Elected officials, press and fans crowded into a Statehouse meeting room to welcome the cast and crew of the new
series "Brotherhood."
Lt. Gov. Charles Fogarty might have gotten the biggest laugh with his feigned straight-man surprise at a show
featuring ruthless politics and unchecked ambition being shot in the Ocean State.
"Why Rhode Island? It seemed like a stretch to me," Fogarty deadpanned.
Providence Mayor David Cicilline said he first met with the show’s creators months ago and has managed to get onto
the set. Cicilline said he’ll be making a cameo appearance in the pilot.
"Brotherhood" will follow two tough, ambitious, morally flexible brothers -- one a politician and the other
embracing a less-than-legal lifestyle -- as they make their way in Rhode Island.
Jason Clarke and Jason Isaacs, veterans of the films "Rabbit Proof Fence" and the "Harry Potter" series,
respectively -- Isaacs played the deceitful father Lucius Malfoy in the Potter movies -- have been cast as brothers
Thomas and Mike Caffe. Annabeth Gish of "X-Files" fame will play Mrs. Thomas Caffe.
The pilot had been working under the name "The Hill" and may trade in "Brotherhood" before making it to the small
screen, according to Producer Henry Bronchstein.
Bronchstein, co-executive producer of the HBO smash "The Sopranos," said the first 15 days of shooting will start
Monday, somewhere in Providence.
Asked exactly where, he said "I’d rather not say ..crowds start showing up and that makes things harder."
In all, the "Brotherhood" cast and crew will be in town for about a month. Bronchstein said it would be several
more months before he’d know if Showtime would agree to pick up the show as a regular cable series.
